A one-page explainer to share with parents, churches, and your community.
The Grind is a free Friday-night coffee house for youth and young adults ages 16–22. Coffee, food, live music, real conversation, a short five-minute message, and games — a safe, welcoming place to belong. It's youth-run and adult-supported, and every young person is welcome.
Any young person 16–22 looking for community — no faith background required, all are welcome. It's a place to make friends, be known, and find encouragement.
Yes. The Grind runs on trained, screened adults and clear safety standards (background checks, the two-adult rule, supervision, and emergency plans). Youth safety is the first priority, every night.
The Grind is part of Nieto Ministries, an independent, Christ-centered, all-denominations ministry. There's a short, honest five-minute message — never a lecture, never pushy. Everyone is welcome exactly as they are.
Come to a night or bring a friend — details at jointhegrind.org. Want to bring The Grind to your community? Visit nietoministries.com or call (667) 281-0683.
